WHAT TO EXPECT
This is a key part of the process for any transformation. If you can learn to master your own energy, anything is possible for you. I've seen this within myself and countless men.
What you'll need:
1. Journal/Computer - We'll be doing a couple of deep journalling practices, so wherever you write your stuff down, bring it (we won't be sharing any answers, you can keep it to yourself).
2. Headphones - Use headphones ideally if you can lads, no problem if not, but it'll make the meditation visualisations more effective.
3. An open mind and commitment - Some of these concepts might be new to you. If you open your mind to the possibilities and you commit to the process, it will work. New results require new beliefs, habits, and actions.
4. A quiet environment - Ideally find somewhere where you won't be disturbed.
I am genuinely buzzing for this one. It's time to create your vision.

Ste was completely lost when we first spoke. He was 'successful' on paper but felt like something was missing. He had a habit of numbing his emotions, and gained all his sense of self-worth through external success. He was deeply unhappy.
He has now completely changed his outlook on life and has the right tools and skills to continue to be a happy man, and to better deal with the negative things when they come up.

Jessy was like a lot of men. No clarity, no direction, no purpose. He was different to a lot of the people he grew up with and he struggled with loneliness.
We figured out that this was a theme that had been playing out since childhood. Jessy would turn to unhealthy things to numb his emotions, and it stopped him from being able to connect with people.
He learn to reconnect with himself and drop the mask that he'd been hiding behind for years. He now feels confident within himself and has removed all of the fears and insecurites that were holding him back.

Liam was easily overwhelmed by emotions since childhood, because like a lot of men, he was never taught how to manage his emotions in a healthy way. This led to emotional outburts and a feeling of a lack of control in a lot of areas.
Once we addressed the root cause of this, we got to work on building the healthy masculine qualities like presence, awareness, and staying grounded. He now has the tools to manage and understand his emotions on a deeper level, and he no longer lets his emotions control him. This has allowed him to progress at work and have a better relationship.
